I realize it's just a novelty and it's cheap and I don't feel bad about buying it, but one of my girls is 36G and this thing is barely a bandeau bra for her. She can wear it as a VERY tight top that comes down to just past her navel, but it doesn't reach her hips.If the wearer is maybe 5'5" and 100# it's a dress. Anyone bigger, it's a top that needs a skirt. I mean, it's a SEXY top, but it's not a dress.
